I would never ever use them again. They charged way too much for what they did. The quality of the work was extremely poor. The bathroom floor in the room they built gave way after rotting in just 8 months. My child fell through it. They promised to come repair it but never did. The reason for the rotted floor was that they never installed a liner under the tub/shower. Because the tub was built in with tile there is no way to repair it. I had to have the floor rebuilt and re-tiled, and the only way to fix the tub is to rip out the entire soaking tub and reinstall which would cost thousands of dollars. This is a huge liability as I am trying to sell the home. All the outdoor carpentry work they did with untreated wood. Fences, railing and stairs have all rotted and they will not respond to phone calls, letters or emails to resolve the issues. I felt like the pricing was deceptive, per our agreement she only charged me as we went along but sent the bills to my mother's address so I didn't realize until after the fact how much the cost was adding up.
