When we ran the dishwasher that night, the sprayer arm came loose and landed under the heating coils, burning the sprayer arm completely off in two places. We called Mr. Plumber and talked to Scott, the manager. Scott refused to replace the sprayer arm. In the conversation, he told us that if the plumbers do something wrong (on accident or on purpose) and they admit it, they are written up. So, when he asked Erica if she touched the sprayer arm, she said no. Understandably, because what choice does she have to be honest? And, Scott acted like he doesn't even know what a sprayer arm is. The sprayer arm is locked into place by a "collar". So there is no way that the sprayer arm just spontaneously popped out (plus, this dishwasher is less than a year old).
