The PM who I dealt with, Chris Stegall, was top notch from first site inspection to final completion. The pricing offered was very competitive, but his follow up was highly impressive throughout. Frequent during the two weeks it took me to decide who to use but not pushy in any way. Also the crew performance was exactly as he explained it would be and the finished product is outstanding. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a hassle free roof replacement!

Elite Roofing contacted me within minutes of me posting on Angi. I was told who would be coming beforehand, cost, time available when I was called! Matt came, inspected, explained to me what was going on and emailed me his concerns before he left! I attempted to hire 2 other roofers, that did not work out. Elite has finished in less than 24 hours. Yes I would definitely recommend!

Was not told until afterward that it would be an additional $2000 for the replacement of the current gutter guard. Section under overhang not covered and was told it was not their problem lousy communication project manager did nothing after I signed contract unless I called him. No one on the crew spoke English.

They called me back within an hour, Matt came out did the inspection, Matt worked with my insurance company. I didn't have to do much! Very professional! The crew that came out and was a great crew, they worked hard to finish up the job before the rain came. and cleaned up after, This is a great company to work with. Everyone in the office were very easy to work with also! Would recommend them very highly!

I would like to thank Chris and his staff for making everything so easy. When I got home, you could not tell anyone had been working at my house. The crew was responsible and respectful to my property. They did a beautiful job on my roof. Chris always responded back quickly when I had any questions. I can't thank them enough for everything.. They were prompt to come out and do an inspection and quote for repair. The roofer was on time, and kept the area clean while he worked. He saw additional areas that needed repair and corrected them as well.

Matt gave us a bid and then followed up with us while we got other bids. Then, within two days he sent a great team to do the job for us. They worked fast and tirelessly from 6 AM UNTIL 8 PM to get the job done. Cleanup was immaculate! We havenâ t found a single nail or scrap of paper! We HIGHLY recommend this company! So easy to work with and just nice people!

I think that Elite Roofing does excellent roofing work, which is why I hired them a second time for my roofing needs. The first time was a small job of replacing boots on my roof and I only felt with Matt and never their office personnel. The second most recent was to replace my entire roof under an insurance claim. It was the most frustrating experience I ever had. There was total confusion between the office personnel and the details of the job. The office personnel, Angie, totally screwed everything up from the details of several aspects of the job (i.e., replacing the facial on the front if my house). It was a nightmare. And then, after being told they would accept and follow the estimate of my insurance company, I feel they priced gauged us at the end, adding over $2K extra dollars to the costs of the job. I appreciate the **free** upgrade from 25 to 50 year warranty; but free was not exactly free in the end. So, I think they do Quality work; suggestions: get a new office manager and stop price gauging on insurance claims.

researched a couple of roofers and selected elite because of price and proximity of business...matt swinford is/was very professionial ,courteous,personable and helpful...roof was installed in 1(one) day...so far I am very pleased with elite roofing of Georgia...possible rain tomorrow, keeping fingers crossed
