"Marcus beat two other contractors in the area.  He had the highest quality product and best price.  The installation was conducted safely and the cleanup was thorough.  He replaced damaged sections of decking and installed a "cricket" to improve drainage where the damage to the old roof had occurred.  He also installed a Solatube skylight.
It has been over a year since the installation, it has been one of the rainiest on record, and there have been no issues whatsoever.
I would use M&C Roofing again, but not for this house because I'm pretty sure this roof will outlive me.

"We have had on-again, off-again leaks on our screened porch roof over the years. We finally asked Dr. Roof to look into the problem and they fixed it right away (skylight issue). When a slight leak recurred, Dr. Roof came out and repaired it at no extra cost. We recently extended the porch, as well as the roof, and started having a new leak. After having the contractor try to repair it multiple times, I called Dr. Roof and they did the job. We've had two storms since that time, each with heavy rain, and no leak has been spotted. It appears Dr. Roof, once again, did the job and we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend homeowners make Dr. Roof their first call should they spot a leak in their roof."
