"Ben responded immediately to my inquiry. He came out to the house to look at the roof and give me an estimate. He was personable, professional and thorough. He gave me a tentative date pending weather issues. He stayed in touch and called me with a firm date. He and his crew arrived when he said they would, got right to work. Found the problem right away, tore off the faulty parts, replaced with better materials and gave me a 3 year warranty. He took photos of the before during and after so I could see what they did. It has not rained much since installation, but I am confident that he has fixed the problem. Very nice young man with a great work ethic."

"Mr. Rick Comton and a female associate came and pitched a price to install windows in our home. I bought Windows from Windows and Doors of Macon(Rick Comton) I have receipts for the initial payment and the second and final payment. The owner is named Mr. Rick Comton. As the windows were being installed, we noticed a damaged (new) window. The grid line were not straight in a brand new window and another window had a damaged latch. The install said they would be back with a new window and to fix the latch. As of this date they have not been back. I have spoken to Rick and the female associates who states their only defense is that we signed off on them. Mr. Rick promised a warranty but has ignore our phone calls until I posted a review. He said he would be back on Wednesday the 20th. He never showed up. Please help. I just want the windows that are not damaged. The windows look horrible."
