"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "We cleaned our dish washer. We removed the inside part. We put parts back in place but we had water leak We informed service man what we did and was asked to check if we place part the right way. After taking a look at the machine felt the problem was with some type of part at the bottom of the dishwasher and that he will need to order that part. Ask to be payed $85 for showing up and will get back to us with the estimate. It took more than a week for the estimate and about another week to come to fix it. When he Came back he find out that he just needed to tighten a part inside the dishwasher by hand and no part was needed. He still asked for the rest of the money. So I end up paying almost $200 to have a plastic part in dish washer tightened by hand. (Should have done it myself if I wasn’t scared of breaking it) I do believe I should not have been charge more than $85. It wasn’t my fault if they did wrong estimate, made wrong diagnostic and then charge for their incompétence. I did call the office to reconsider but they didn’t listen."
