We cleaned our dish washer. We removed the inside part. We put parts back in place but we had water leak We informed service man what we did and was asked to check if we place part the right way. After taking a look at the machine felt the problem was with some type of part at the bottom of the dishwasher and that he will need to order that part. Ask to be payed $85 for showing up and will get back to us with the estimate. It took more than a week for the estimate and about another week to come to fix it. When he Came back he find out that he just needed to tighten a part inside the dishwasher by hand and no part was needed. He still asked for the rest of the money. So I end up paying almost $200 to have a plastic part in dish washer tightened by hand. (Should have done it myself if I wasn’t scared of breaking it) I do believe I should not have been charge more than $85. It wasn’t my fault if they did wrong estimate, made wrong diagnostic and then charge for their incompétence. I did call the office to reconsider but they didn’t listen.

Turns out I had the replacement bulb in "crooked". But it was worth the cost to have that dang light finally turned back on.  Using a flashlight to scavenge for food was getting old real fast.  I appreciated the service technician having a sense of humor about my lack of technical savvy...lol...will definitely be using them again if we have any appliance issues.

The first visit was made around mid August. This visit was an evaluation after which they ordered parts. The techs seemed not to have any of the information about our stove model even though we gave it to the person at their office. It took more than a week to get the part, and at that visit the techs were unable to fix the stove. The stove audibly made popping and sizzling sounds when the tech worked on it and he spent time on the phone with Frigidaire. Then he claimed that our stove was miswired at the factory, even though it worked for 5 years with no service. The next visit brought more parts and the tech said the stove was fixed. Problem is that it wasn't. The left two elements would only turn on 100% or off, without any control over intensity. It took 3 more weeks and communication with Frigidaire (who said its not their issue) to get them back. Three more visits later without a fix and now the main board controlling the stove is blown (tech admitted this mistake), the left elements appear to work correctly but the right two elements won't cool down. The stove is turned off at the breaker and is useless. The techs have not been here since Monday and said they can't come until Friday leaving us without a stove all week. We don't have much confidence they can fix this simple problem and will likely ask them to replace the stove if they can't.

Horrible. Technician did not know how to properly access heating element, I had to show him because I bothered to read the tech sheet, he did not. I had to show him how to run the diagnostics, he did not know that either. Then the company gave me the wrong part number which caused me to order a $150 part I do not need. Now the company will not take the part or replace it with the correct part. The part that was truly bad was burned and melted. If the technician knew what to look for it would have taken the removal of three bolts and about 5 minutes. So easy a caveman could have seen it!
