We recently needed some significant work to be done on our plumbing. We contacted a few local plumbers. But, only West Plumbing gave us the only reasonable price to come out and determine what was needed. they are the only plumbing company that gave a us a written estimate( with photos) and not a guess-ti-mate. This company was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They also did not cut corners and made sure the city issued them the correct permits and did a final inspection of the work. We deeply appreciate the West Plumbing team of Brittany(office) and Rob(Master plumber) and Dewalt(Plumbers Assistant). The West Team made sure we understood every step of the process. Everyone, was Respectful, Approachable, Professional, Hardworking and Honest. That is what really sold us, the integrity/Honesty. We highly recommend this company for those who are looking for a reputable company. They provided such excellent service and successuflly resolved our plumbing issue.

I have lived in this house since 1994 and have always called West Plumbing when ever I have a problem that I cannot solve myself. Recently had two incidents of waste water backing up into basement tub and toilet. Suspected backflow valve. Asked West to do a camera inspection to verify status he valve. During the inspection the technician (Trip) discovered there is a buckle in exterior pipe that is retaining water and causing waste and toilet paper to back up the system and caused the valve to jam in the open position. I understand that plumbing problems can be time consuming and expensive. I paid $370.00 for the house call and inspection, which I consider fair with regards to the technician's time expertise and the cost of the specialized equipment that identified the true hidden problem. I am waiting for an estimate for the necessary repairs and I am sure West Plumbing will be fair regarding it

Arron came out to replace the cartridges. He was very courteous and respectfully as well as very knowledgeable and competent. He did an outstanding job and I will definitely ask for him the next time I need West Plumbing Services, I could not get the cartridges out and he did not hesitate working to get them out. I was very pleased with Arron's work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing services you may need.

Rep called and advised he was on his way. Upon arriving, he recommended all the tank parts be replaced and noted gaskets were rusted. He provided an estimate before he started. I though the price was high, but allowed him to proceed. He did a professional job. My only complaint is I thought the price was a little high. More concerned than the cost estimate, I asked if he could provide two costs; the total cost of parts and the total cost of labor. He mentioned they only provide one price. I do not like only seeing a lump cost. Seeing that is their policy, I do not believe I will use them again. He did provide a 10% coupon which reduced the price from $228.82 to $205.94. He also takes photos of before and after which is a good idea.

The service was satisfactory, but the price they charged was absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! The backflow for my sprinkler system had a small leak in a 90 degree PVC elbow, and the technician, Jeff, quoted me a price of $391.35 for the repair, which I thought was WAY too much. Since I was between a rock and a hard place and could not take off work another day and could not afford to let the leak continue and face a horrendous water bill, I had no alternative but to let him do the work. He dug a small hole which was probably 2 to 2 1/2 feet square and probably 18 inches deep which exposed the leaking elbow, and he removed the box around the backflow. He used a small length of PVC pipe, a new elbow, and a small amount of Oatey PCV primer and adhesive to do the repair. I have purchased PVC pipe from Lowe's many times, and I know PCV pipe is very inexpensive. The cans of primer and PVC adhesive can be purchased for just a few dollars. In all, I would say he put $5.00 worth of material into the repair, but to give him the benefit of the doubt, I'll say it was $10.00. Now I'm no mathematical genius, but $391.35 minus $10.00 for materials equals $381.35 for labor charge, and it took him about an hour to do the repair. THAT IS THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS AND THIRTY FIVE CENTS AN HOUR FOR LABOR CHARGE!!!!! REALLY????? THAT STAGGERS MY MIND!!! I told Jeff that I thought the price was very steep, and he proceeded to rattle off something about how the price of materials has gone up, and how that after expenses the company isn't really making all that much money. Oh, so the price of PCV and primer and adhesive have gone up THAT much??? Man, please!!! Sorry, but I find it MOST DIFFICULT to believe that! He also said that the company charges by the job and not by the hour. So what? That, in my opinion, does not justify charging these ridiculous prices. I have since talked to several people about this and they ALL agree that I was charged WAY TOO MUCH! I feel as though I have been gouged, taken advantage of, and treated very badly. Well like they say, you learn from your mistakes, and I have certainly learned my lesson. I will never again call West Plumbing Company to do anything for me! Rather than call West again, I would just do my OWN repair!

.The technicians arrived on site on time and began by using a camera to inspect the sewer line and pinpointed the exact spot to begin digging. Technicians Jeff and Kyle were very professional in locating the damaged pipe, digging around the area using extreme caution not to damage nearby water lines. They removed the cracked sewer line that had become clogged with roots and replaced the section with better connections and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I would recommend Jeff and Kyle and West Plumbing and will certainly call them again should I need professional plumbing service

Scott was very competent. The leak was under edge of foundation, a very difficult access. He added a shut-off valve (convenience) and explained everything he was going to do. He has done jobs at my residence before. Very pleased w/Scott and company.

They are a very professional company. Gave me same day service and arrived within scheduled time. I don't have a problem with the price of the service performed. Second bath replace fill valve quoted at $137 and third bath replace wax ring was quoted at $273. They called back to the office to get this pricing so it wasn't a mistake. That is outrageous pricing. I only had them do the first bath once my wife called me at work with the pricing. I replaced the fill valve in second bath valve for $8.01 parts and 18 minutes from start to finish. The $273 pricing to replace a $5 wax ring and an hours work? Lowes will replace a whole toilet for $99. Guys you are a well run company but lets not get so greedy. You need to make money but a $615 quote for $25 in parts and two hours work for the total job.

The shut-off valve to my home had developed a leak and I had a very large puddle of standing water/mud right next to the house. I called West Plumbing the next morning and within a 2 hour window I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the plumbers were on their way to my home. Once they arrived they went right to work diagnosing the problem and gave me a quote. I gave them the go ahead and they worked diligently to fix the problem. They had to battle tall weeds and slosh through mud to get to the valve and then had to remove the standing water to take a closer look. Once my shut-off valve was replaced and the bricks put back down to protect it, Eli gave me clear instructions on how to use the new shut-off valve and he patiently answered all of my questions. Eli was very professional and courteous.

Noticed a leak on ceiling of bedroom below an upstairs toilet. Appears the leak has been there for quite a while. Brett came out and replaced the toilet seats in two bathrooms. In upstairs bathroom,, Brett pulled the toilet and noticed an old stain on a piece of wood, but nothing out of then ordinary which might cause the leak in the below bedroom ceiling. Brett suggested the only other option is to cut the ceiling and check to see exactly what is causing the leak. Will consider that and let them know if and when we want that done. Very impressed with the professionalism and work detail.

First contact was via Angie's List, e-message response was almost immediate (on a Sunday). As it wasn't an emergency I said Monday contact was fine. I received a call Monday morning to schedule service which I did (at my convenience) for Tuesday after lunch.
I received a call, on Tuesday around 12:30PM, from their technician who told me he was on his way and would that be good for me. Brett arrived about twenty minutes later. He put on shoe coverings before entering my home and then explained the cost of the job. He was very polite, professional and competent. The job was done quickly and correctly.
He also explained costs and benefits of their Clout Membership. I opted to purchase the lifetime membership as I know I'll need plumbing work in the future. Brett also gave me an estimate to have some other work done that I am contemplating.
I have used West in the past and have always been happy with their service.
