Jack Elliot Well Drilling

Mr. Elliot came out quickly and assessed the issue.  He came back the next day, even bought new piping materials to try and make things work.  He spent about three hours trying to help but determined he could not.  Apparently when our son hit the well piping, it caused soil to be inserted so far down and compacted into our 150 foot well that he couldn't free the soil.  He charged us nothing for the work.  I can't say enough good things about his honesty and efforts.  Mr. Elliot also suggested another well drilling specialist who also came out and determined the same thing.  We now need to cap off the well and drill a new one.  Mr. Elliot focuses on well repairs, rather than drilling new wells so its reasonable to assume he wasn't trying to fake a repair to sell a new well.  We will now hire a different company to drill a new well.
