He also added some corrugated pipe from the front to the back and replaced a part of one of the two corrugated pipes that lead from the back of the house down to the creek. "All American Gutter Protection installed new gutters to warped rotted fascia and every time it rains, the gutter pulls away from the rotted wood and produces a huge waterfall between the fascia and gutter, as well as the outside of the gutter dumping tons of water onto our deck and foundation. We have contacted the company to correct the issue and they have given us the run around for almost 3 months. They have sent someone out who acknowledges all the issues with the poor quality work including poor alignment, however they provide excuses for not finishing the work or repairing the soffit or fascia area. Their company scheduled over a half a dozen appointments and never showed up or called to reschedule. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, and claimed that they escalated the issues we reported and never let you speak directly to someone who can guarantee the completion of the work without getting ghosted. If I could give this scam company a zero rating I would."
