Complete siding replacement to Hardie Plank. Work was completed on a timely basis and very much to my satisfaction. Quote provided was the best (and quickest) I received from multiple providers. I would certainly recommend Siding Unlimited for your home repair and updating needs.

The Siding Unlimited crews did an excellent job. They showed up on time and finished the jobs in less time than I was quoted. The painting crew, in particular, went over and above, by repairing and painting my gutters and downspouts rather than recommending that I purchase new ones. I would highly recommend this company.

I got three estimates to reside my house. Siding unlimited had the lowest price. There were not a lot of reviews but the ones that were there were good. A different company that I considered had many good reviews but was somewhat higher so I chose this company allowing the price to heavily influence me. Arnie Conman was easy to deal with. The schedule went as  planned. The installers and painters were very prompt and hard working for long days. I want to give special mention of the painting crew as they were often checking with me concerning progress and approval. They did a beautiful job. The head painter in charge was excellent.

The problems were with the siders.  

1-When they ripped off the old siding, fist size or larger holes were left in the insulation. Maybe if I had been warned of that happening, I would have not been as concerned as I would have done some research on if that was a problem. I called  Arnie about it and  told me that every inch of the insulation would be covered with the wrap they use so the holes in the insulation would not be a problem. Well, every inch was not covered so I had to walk around to inspect the house and tell the professionals where else to put it. I called Arnie and told him about that also. 

2-He told me in advance that James Hardie does not want them to caulk between the planks. They put a strip of metal behind each seam. He said the planks would meet up and it would not be noticeable. They didn't all meet up flush and it was very noticeable so they offered to caulk in the many places that didn't meet. I had to go out and keep on looking to find more places. I still found more the other day that I did not catch (seems like they should have caught all of them or put the planks up flush). 

3-I lost electricity in two of my kitchen outlets when they were ripping off and hammering on. Arnie told me to call electricians which I did but did not use. I told Arnie what they said so he had his own electrician come and fix exactly what they others had said needed to be done. I still don't understand why he had me call outsiders when he had one of his own.

4-Some of the planks had places on them that seemed defective. I showed them to the painter and he sanded them and repainted. I think planks like that should be sent back to James Hardie and replaced with perfect ones.

5-I picked up debris on the ground for over a month after completion. A lot of mess was left by the siders.

Overall, the siders needed a supervisor. I was told that one of them was in charge but he needed someone in charge of him to make sure that quality work was being done. He was not nearly as aiming to please and the head painter.

I am one of those people who is going to be home when these kinds of things are being  done. I have had too many problems with the work of contractors to not keep an eye out. I don't think I am unreasonable at all. I just expect good workmanship. It was not a smooth process.

Arnie did come to the house when I called with my concerns. I do not think I should have had to call about the above issues. The work should have been done right to begin with.

It has been the most amazing  experience.  First, Arnie responded to our initial call very promptly and showed up on time to give us the quote.  Even his sales process was a hundred times better than the other quotes we got. Very thorough, clear explanation of how the work would be done.  No wiggle room on his pricing  - we knew the exact cost before we signed the contract.HIs work crews are very professional, incredibly hard-working, and each day they cleaned up the mess before leaving.  
I can't say enough about the work these people do - it's top notch with every detail handled.  Any issues that come up (we had an electrical breaker blow) are handled immediately and perfectly.  They have done 3 houses in my neighborhood - and the finished product is clearly outstanding

Replaced old siding with Hardy, installed shutters, painted all new work. |Painter was so conscientious that he refused to settle for the paint color I proposed and worked and worked to get the match just right.  Very happy with all the work done by Siding Unlimited.

Arnie and his crew were fantastic!  Arnie actually came out several times before the work started to give us estimates on the job.  We changed the parameters of the project several times and he was always gracious when we asked for a new estimate to encompass the changes.
When we finally decided to start work, his crew was extremely efficient and very detailed.  They removed and replaced the old soffit and fascia from the house and replaced them with HardiPlank cement board.  They then matched the paint color exactly with the rest of the trim of the house.  They also installed new gutters for us.  They did excellent work!  We are extremely happy and would definitely use this company again!

The entire experience was very pleasant and the price was very reasonable.  Arnie was always there to guide us through the process whether it was selecting the siding or selecting the paint colors.  If anything went wrong he took care of it right away and did his best to bring things to our satisfaction.  I am extremely impressed with his professionalism.  The end result is marvelous.  Anyone who looks at my house from outside really likes it.

I had an overall good experience with Siding Unlimited and would probably use them again.  Arnie is very good at telling you exactly what you will be getting for what price, and what the warranty will be.  My house looks fabulous and the siding, trim and paint job are exceptional.  On the flip side, communication was a little shaky as I had requested for my old window trim to be saved until I got the quote on the price for new trim, and I was the one who had to stop the trash guy from hauling it away as it had been thrown away in the dumpster.  While the job moved along at a decent pace, when it came to installing the two new storm doors, this is where it all broke down.  The regular door guy Mark, suddenly became unavailable and we had to wait an additional week for the doors to be installed.  We did not care about the wait, but just wanted the job to be done correctly.  The last door that was installed was installed (according to my husband who is a pretty good 'fix-it' guy) improperly and does not close all the way on its own- I have to pull it shut for it to properly close.  This would probably be no big deal for the average person, but with three young kids who are constantly in and out and two cats who are indoor pets, it becomes a big hassle to have to deal with this door issue.  In all fairness to Arnie, I have not called him to discuss the door.  I am pretty sure he would respond quickly if I did.

Hector arrived with 4 workers and the job was completed with professional efficiency within 2 hours.
The rain is not on the plain in Spain, it is in Georgia - now.

Our main contact was General Manager Arnie Conman.  He came out to do an estimate the day after we called, took the time to explain what did and did not need to be done, and quoted a fair price.  He was more knowledgeable than other contractors we had talked with and showed us how to evaluate the condition of our siding.
Materials were delivered on time and both the siding and painting crews were great.  They worked hard, were considerate, and cleaned up every day.  Arnie and the crew leaders also gave us very helpful recommendations about paint and stain colors and other details throughout the project.  We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use this company again!

.They came out last summer.  They put siding on the wole house and painted the whole house.  The price was reasonable.  I thought they did a pretty good job.  They spent a lot of time here.  There were here for a week and a half.  I would recommend them.  I just wanted them to do a good job and they did.

It was one of the best home repair experiences we've had from beginning with the meeting with Arnie, owner, to the follow up work with Alfredo and John. Completed work and professionalism throughout project. Always left yard and house orderly and "picked up". Always answered all questions and promptly returned phone calls. Most of all, our house looks beautiful!

Overall the projects went very well and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the exterior look of our home. Siding Unlimited's crews were very professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough. They removed/replaced our siding, replaced my front door, side lights, and transom, removed/replaced my french door, and removed/replace the basement door. They also removed and replaced my front porch and removed my back deck and replaced it with a new screened in deck with a barbecue platform. They also replace the trim around several windows and around my garage doors. Our house looks great! We have a terrific paint job and we've received several compliments. The crews were very professional and thorough. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away at the end of each phase. We also thought the price was very fair for the amount of work we had them do. They kept us informed as decisions needed to be made and delivered on time and within the budget.
[fast forward 5+ years]
We're in the process of selling our home and some portions of the siding required repair and repainting.  Arnie assured us that our warranty covered this.  He promptly sent out a crew as a courtesy to ensure that the house's siding was 100% in shape.  this required some additional caulking and painting.  
We are extremely pleased with the quality of both the install, subsequent service and overall experience with SIDING UNLIMITED INC.

From start to finish there were no problems everything was done as promised and on schedule. The work took two weeks because of rain and the labor day weekend.

Punctually, every appointment either it was with Arnie Conman or a member of his crew was right on time. Never a minute late. The job was finished with in 10 days utilizing 3 different crews. The first crew pulled down the siding and put it in a dumpster with tires it won't damaged the driveway. The same crew installed new James Hardie siding. After they were done in the next crew came in and did the soffits and eves. They finished in 3 days. The last crew was the paint crew and they put 2 coats on the entire house and finished in 3 days. Call backs were very few and minor 1 callback and all issues were fixed. All conserns were happily and quickly addressed. All crews were professional and curious and kept the job-site clean. Arnie was fantastic. Now, I have the nicest house in the neighborhood. A wonderful job I highly recommend him and I will recommend him to my neighbors, family and friends.

I had a great expereince with Siding Unlimited.  I submitted an inquiry on their website and Arnie the owner called me back that day and set up an appointment with me that week.  Arnie (owner) came out to my house to do the estimate and he was prompt and took the time to walk me through the process.  He was very knowledgable and fair with his pricing.  I did a lot of research and had sevreal companies come out for estimates and felt like this was the best choice based on reviews I had read, the companies experience of over 30 years and the great customer service I had recieved thus far.  I let Arnie know on Friday that I had decided to go with them and he had his crew out by Wednesday to start the job and had it done by the end of the week.  His crew Roberto (siding) and John (painting)  were a pleasure to work with and very accomodating.  They always wanted to make sure I was happy and they had done the job right. This was the first major project I have ever done on my house and my first house so I was apprehensive about such a big job and spending so much money but I am glad I did and my house is now the prettiest in the neighborhood. I purchased my home from a previous owner in 2006.  Two years ago, I learned the siding on my house had been part of a class-action lawsuit.  Painting it was not recommended; it's known to crumble.  Now that my house badly needed new siding, I obtained three estimates.  Siding Unlimited was one of the three.  Arnie Conman, the owner called and personally spoke with me.  He sent out his crew chief to provide an estimate since he was out of town.  The representative was punctual for our appointment and performed a visual inspection of the house.  He was very easy to talk to and practical about the work that needed to be done.  Mr. Conman communicated with me right away to discuss the estimate and specifics.  Siding Unlimited's estimate was the most economical by several thousand dollars.  The work was begun right away and completed in a little over a week.  Mr. Conman communicated with us at each step, completing the inspection on our schedule as well.  The work was exceptional.  We had only one concern regarding the estimate versus the final total (due to repairs that were done), but Mr. Conman worked with us yet again to make sure we were satisfied with the work and cost thereof.  I would highly recommend Siding Unlimited.  It's rare that one of the top rated companies has such great customer service and the most competitive rates.
