"I hired rob to do some siding work along with some sofit, facia board and new gutter install. The siding work came out great, the paint job matched old paint. The sofit and facia board work turned out beautiful. My problem is with the gutter work. At first i was impressed so i said let me test it. I found a leak on the left side end cap so they came out and fixed it then i noticed the corner piece on that same side leak also so they came back a 2nd time. During that visit they fixed a leveling issue on the right side. It honestly doesnt look right cause the gutter hangs below facia board but i left it alone. Today with the light rain i heard a drip and noticed the right side corner is leaking. I dont intend on calling them back for a 3rd time to fix. I think rob is great, his communication is great. Before he did a final inspection his team walked around and made sure everything was clean. If it wasn't for issues with gutters I'd give him 5 stars but I'd have to knock it down to 3 stars for the 3 call backs and now another leak."

"I hired “Peter the Roofman”, from Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to replace my old roof and gutters for the following reasons. After he presented his proposal, he took me outside to his truck and showed me the materials and explained the processes he would use to replace my roof. He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof and gutters. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring to my new roof. Peter showed me the latest manufacturer’s specifications and materials for new roof installations. He cut out the technical jargon in favor of language that even the non-technical person can understand. Despite my gripes about the problems he found, his attitude remained friendly and empathetic. He told me that he would treat my new roof installation as he would his own home. Peter supplied several photographs of how the work was progressing. He pointed out that my old gutters had some obvious problems and some less obvious ones. They were the smaller 5" gutters attached with the old gutter spikes. Peter pointed out that it was clear that they were overflowing in many areas, and this was causing damage to my siding. Palace Roofing installed all new 6" seamless gutters with larger downspouts, and as a bonus, he suggested replacing my old white gutters with black aluminum gutters to increase curb appeal without increasing the cost of the job.
