Pernell is the ultimate professional. In addition to being a very kind and humble man, he was very communicative throughout the entire process-always letting us know when he would arrive, when he was taking lunch, and when he was preparing to leave for to day. He and Gerald were fantastic about cleaning up at the end of each day - To the extent possible, it is popcorn ceiling removal which is a very messy, messy process. Mr. Pernell performed poor quality work. Between the ceiling and crown molding you can see where it needed to be filled with crown joint compound. Also there are cracks throughout the ceiling. Shortly after the job was complete I researched how the job was to be perfomed. First you were suppose to wet the ceiling the allow water to soak in before scrapping off. He scraped off the ridges then covered with joint compound.

Excellent! Pernell is truly a master of his craft, did phenomenal work on a very tough job! He is extremely detail oriented and keeps you informed & in the loop the entire way. Price was very reasonable as well for the work needing to be done. Pernell focuses on ONE job at a time so he is not bouncing back & forth among job sites. Pernell is extremely professional and is very responsive. He has good ethics and has saved me money where others were exorbitantly charging for work that could have been avoided. He is very courteous and has never been a no show. He goes to the extent of taking Before and after picture to show completed jobs. Once where he could not make it he arranged another contractor to complete the job. I use him across all my rental properties for an excellent job he does every time.

Hired PH to assist with multiple tasks because of the reference in this site as well as his competitive proposal. He helped patch my drywall, replaced baseboards, removed my popcorn ceiling and painted the whole place. He was always on time and did a great job sending me constant updates. Really appreciated his daily text updates with summary of the tasks completed and pictures documenting the progress. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

What an amazing man Pernell is! He was courteous and professional right from the start when first quoting. His customer care skills are exemplary. He was flexible to make sure my needs were met.
