"Terrible Quality and Non-Existent Warranty - AVOID! We spent over $10,000 painting our house and deck with this company, specifically choosing them for their promised warranty. What a mistake. Our deck started peeling just 8 months later. We were explicitly told it was guaranteed at the time of service, but when contacted, they claimed otherwise. Their "fix" was a quick spot paint that made it look worse. When we said something that said they would come paint the rest of it. Since then they've been stringing us along for three months now with promises to reschedule to paint the rest of the deck for uniformity. Now they don't even reply. On the house, the "UV resistant" paint (Sherwin Williams, supposedly 5-year fade resistant) on the sun-exposed side is faded in barely a year. The 3-year house paint warranty they tout is utterly non-existent in practice. It's clear they just subcontract the work, with zero accountability for quality or their own guarantees. We paid a premium for peace of mind and received nothing but headaches and broken promises. Save your money and find another painter – you'd get better results for a fraction of the price without the false warranty claims. Never again. The photos below show their patch work on the deck. It would only have taken a little longer to finish it. Another example is in my estimate. They quoted using Sherwin Williams Duration Flat which costs about $74 a gallon, but used just the SuperPaint around $47 per gallon. I know they did this because the painters left the remaining paint with me. Again caution when hiring this company!"

"Within less than 6months of installing our roof, we had a leak that Northpoint had to come back to fix. Then in less than a year and half, the new gutters they installed were overflowing which led to damage to our property that will require repairs of up to 10K. Our entire dining room flooring which had just been newly remodeled, had to be taken off, and the drywall on the adjacent walls ripped off for repairs. We have never had such a terrible experience. First they claimed it was the leafguard which they had recommended placing. So they removed the leaf guard but later found that the downspout from the gutters were also cloggedd due to sediments from the residues of the roof. They agreed to pay for the repairs but once the repairs had began they pulled out claiming that they are not responsible. I have recording and texts to show they were willing to pay and are now trying to find a way out."

This crew was comprised of people pleasers. I picked the wrong color for the door, they changed the color with not even a hiccup. After each of the two days, they cleaned up. "All American Gutter Protection installed new gutters to warped rotted fascia and every time it rains, the gutter pulls away from the rotted wood and produces a huge waterfall between the fascia and gutter, as well as the outside of the gutter dumping tons of water onto our deck and foundation. We have contacted the company to correct the issue and they have given us the run around for almost 3 months. They have sent someone out who acknowledges all the issues with the poor quality work including poor alignment, however they provide excuses for not finishing the work or repairing the soffit or fascia area. Their company scheduled over a half a dozen appointments and never showed up or called to reschedule. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, and claimed that they escalated the issues we reported and never let you speak directly to someone who can guarantee the completion of the work without getting ghosted. If I could give this scam company a zero rating I would."
