Also important to note tuning IS NOT included in the quote the owner gives you- though their wording in conversation may be a little misleading for some. Quoted $250 for transporting and tuning. Ended up paying $350 for transport (even though they drove to van into the yard and literally right TO the room door where it was to be delivered… then an additional $195 charged for tuning. Total: $545.00 Overall the tuning was done well and they were very careful with the piano, just need some work on customer service…"

"I called Shaun to book a move and he spent an hour on the phone with me. He went over all the details of our move and gave me an excellent estimate. I was moving my five bedroom house along with a full gym . It was a 2 Day move 12 hours a day but those guys worked like animals. I definitely don’t plan on moving anytime soon but if I had to, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Also the manager Diallo went above and beyond for us. We had an hr left within the package and they hung mirrors for me as well as a painting of mine. Definitely as for Diallo."

The moving team Z and Terrence along with Ken to supervise arrived about 20 minutes early with courtesy call ahead asking if that was ok.
