Antonio, the twins and Corey are a great crew, very efficient and work/move in sync that is very quick but still safe. When I called to correct some things from the day before Wendell the operations manager and Brian got right on it and sent out Corey, Danny, Edwin, and Xavier to get it sorted. They did and my wife and I were pleased with the results. Ask for those 4 guys, they are excellent workers.

I sold my living room set, dining room set and just about all of the accessories but yet this 2 bedroom apartment move took 11 hoursâ ¦how?? The 2 guys were very nice but struggled to handle 40 boxes, a queen bedroom set, a daybed, tv stands and 3 tvs. They took way too long and the guy admitted it. I was ripped off.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! ... Worst ever company. Tricksters!! Bait and switch at the end. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! THE YOUNG MEN WERE SMOKING WEED THE ENTIRE TIME. THE SUPERVISOR WAS DRINKING. EVERYONE KEPT DISSAPPEARING OFF THE JOB TO GET HIGH!! THEY RAN OUR CARD FOR $2000 MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED!! I, A 55YR OLD FEMALE, WORKED HARDER THAN THEM PRACTICALLY UNLOADING A TRUCK ON MY OWN. THEY WERE A DAY LATE SHOWING UP!! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF RENTING UHAULS AND HIRING DAY LABORERS!!! THEY BROKE FURNITURE, PUT A HOSPITAL STYLE BED ON TOP OF EVERYTHING IN THE STORAGE BIN!! AMATURES AND UNCARING ABOUT YOUR THINGS!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 RATING I WOULD!!!

"IT?S REVIEWS LIKE THIS ONE THAT DO A TOTAL DISSERVICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC & ONLINE TRUSTWORTHINESS BY CUSTOMERS BEING UNTRUTHFUL AND NOT PROVIDING THE FULL TRUE STORY JUST TO SLANDER A COMPANY NEEDLESSLY! Summary: This customer needed an emergency same day move due to an eviction that happen on a spur of a moment- customer was unaware that this would happen (how can you be unaware that you are going to be evicted if you have not been paying your monthly mortgage/rent for months?). It wasn?t until our crew arrived that we were fully aware what we were up against. Whomever the sheriff hired to evict this customer grabbed all of their furniture (some of them with items still inside) and household items dishes, flatware, clothing, bathroom items, Knick knacks, memorabilia, etc. and just threw it out of the home onto the lawn. NOTHING was packed/boxed or bagged. You couldn't see all of what needed to be moved and/or packed because items and things were stacked upon each other almost all around the house. This was a 5-bedroom home- not a small home. So yes, the small 3 men crew with 1 truck and with no packing materials that was dispatched the same day was called back to the shop- customer rescheduled for the following day and also decided to rent a truck to try to minimize the workload for the following day. The following day- 8 men and 2 trucks along with packing materials were dispatched out. We got things organized, packed, loaded, and moved into a public storage meeting the deadline provided by the sheriff."

2/3 movers were great! The guy who did the kitchen did sloppy work and did not put things up in any thoughtful way. I asked to just put things up in the new apt where they were found and packed. The other two guys were great and followed directions to a T.
