"This was a great experience for us. Installing the gas line and installing the new gas stove went better than expected. They also installed a new microwave oven. The prices were fair and the craftsmanship was excellent, I would not hesitate to hire Peach Services again."

"Americas small busines at best possible service. I needed a Gas line installed, so quality is my family's safety. I was quoted the next day, I believe his name is Nigel has excellent customer service. He completed the project the next day. I thought the cost was a little high at first but, you get what you pay for. He used larger high quality stainless gas line for the volume needed. He properly routed and anchored the lines professionally the correct way. That shows quality work, not small yellow line running the shortest path at any angle and anchored ramdomly hanging low as an after thought. Nigels work and service are perfect as if it were original construction. I will call them in the future. I have found a quality contractor for my plumbing needs. Thank you, Joe"

"The techs were well groomed, in marked vehicles & very kind. They informed me of the cause for my problem & gave me three options (good, better, best) for the repair. They kept me informed as they made the repair and were happy to walk through exactly what they did when they were complete. 5 Star Customer Service!"

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.
