"Dustin responded within half an hour and came by to take a look. He made a recommendation and gave me a quote. Turns out, the problem was a broken line running across the middle of the yard. I'd have NEVER found it on my own. Dustin is an awesome trouble-shooter and logically stepped through a process to identify and isolate the issue. "These guys -- "Mr. Raff" himself and his fence guys Andy and Steve -- were a refreshingly and responsively group of professionals. They said they would call me up front and on the way, and they did. Then they did an amazing job of a limited repair, making the job look good without doing any padding of the labor and materials. And the response and work times were great.
