I hired him twice to do inspections on two different houses. I purchased one. He said hvac was serviceable but when I got in after sell it was reading 84f and constantly running. HVAC was not serviceable at all it was too small to cool house. Dishwasher not in report and non functional. Door fell off hinges. Showers not working and not in report. And all he had to say is I tested it but nothing in report and good luck. Seriously find someone else

I hired Devin babies to do a home inspection. He did not inspect everything and I ended up with a lemon. The first day in the house the ac was running at 84f when he called out everything was serviceable. The dishwasher doesn?t work. He says he tested it but it isn?t in report at all. Neither showers work correctly and nothing in report about them either. An exit door fell off its hinges. When I tried to talk with him he just says he did a great job and he?s done.
