Nabors Home Inspections

I hired Devin babies to do a home inspection. He did not inspect everything and I ended up with a lemon. The first day in the house the ac was running at 84f when he called out everything was serviceable. The dishwasher doesn?t work. He says he tested it but it isn?t in report at all. Neither showers work correctly and nothing in report about them either. An exit door fell off its hinges. When I tried to talk with him he just says he did a great job and he?s done. I?d like to update my review. If I could give him a zero I would. So far the non disclosed problems with my house has cost more than the house purchase. Everything was wrong with this house from the foundation which was partially told but ended up being 104k in damages! The plumbing which was $36k and nothing was said. And this was only for the lines. The interior work is another $28k! The gas lines had to be redone $18k. The electrical needed $23k. The ac he said was serviceable wasn?t cost 18k. The floor was not structurally sound $45k all subfloor had to be replaced and all flooring. This was a lemon and he called out nothing. The kitchen exhaust doesn?t work. The dishwasher doesn?t work. He called out nothing. I would NEVER hire this man and trust him

Beyond what I expected from simple home inspection. Very thorough, took careful measure to do a complete analysis. Professional at the highest level. Highly recommend his service.
