He called to let me know when he was on the way. He fixed the dripping faucet in the main bathroom. He found the problem with the outside faucet dripping and had to leave to get a part. When he returned he fixed the problem quickly. The associate kept me informed on what was going on. He was very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend. this business based on this associate.

I hired this. Mop at through home advisor and find it to be overly expensive (over $300.00 per hour). I feel they saw an opportunity for price gouging and went for it. As to the quality of work really not sure finished about 2 hours ago. We will see if the work lasts and if they stand behind their work, especially since it was highly expensive.

"Sir, this is why we called you to give you pricing information once we had the total scope of work. We were not the first company you had out to look at the broken PVC lines, so you had an opportunity to go with another contractor if you so chose. You agreed to the price we gave you. Our labor rate is nowhere near $300/hr. The pricing was based off of the amount of work that was to be done, the area in which work was needed (in the ceiling in the garage), and the material to complete the job. Labor was included in the total price we gave you."

Excellent customer service, took on a water heater repair that others said couldn t be done and completed it within their customer friendly quote. Did what they said they would do quickly and got the gas hot water back on for the kids bath.

It was not a septic system problem. It was a plumbing problem I had. Tree roots had grown into my plumbing system, causing my toilet and tub to backup. Scott gave good customer. He also had to fix other plumbing issues I had. He did very good work, I would recommend this company to do your plumbing issues. Also the price was affordable.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
They arrived on time and completed all the work when they said they would and followed through with any concerns I may have for the future. Installed my sump pump and explained how it works because I have never had a home with a crawl space. Also checked back later to make sure everything was working correctly. Great customer service and very professional. Will use this company again for all my plumbing needs.

Great experience, very thorough and their willingness to help surpassed my expectations. Nobody really expects or plans on replacing a septic system, Johnson Plumbing's staff answered all of my questions. Owner and staff followed up not once but three times while we patiently waited for it to stop raining so the job could be completed. Very thankful for their assistance and our new system.
