"Very unfortunate experience. An expected 2 hour job wiping down baseboard and cabinets in a kitchen took almost 4 hours, and still not everything was done. I have a small house and the kitchen/living room area is aprox 500 sqft for entire area. He also arrived 30 min late and did not bring necessary tools. I paid him for 3.75 hours ($50 an hour) plus tip (I paid $200 total). He called me after and without any prior discussion said that I needed to send him another $50 because of travel (a 30 min drive). I said I don't believe he mentioned anything about paying for travel and I would have to speak with my husband. I didn't get back to him right away and he became very unprofessional and kept demanding I pay him. I will be posting screenshots of all email and texts as well"

"When Ken arrived he explained to me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to take off some stains that were on the couch. I told him that they were fresh stains from when my wife tried to clean the couch and to do his best. He got done, was paid and tipped too. I looked at the work done and could not check it since the furniture was wet. Since I was was working in the yard that morning I continued to work and later came back in. The furniture was not put back in place and a comforter that he had borrowed was left soaking wet on my wooden floor. Later that evening when the cushions had dried I realised that although the Water stains were gone.The couch cushions and the chaise were as dirty as they were.The 2 chairs were acceptable. The worst part of this experience was when I left him a message that evening he did not bother to even return my call and instead choose to block my number. After repeated calls that went straight to vm the next day. I called from my office and lo behold they picked up. They refused to consider that their work was subpar at best"
