When Ken arrived he explained to me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to take off some stains that were on the couch. I told him that they were fresh stains from when my wife tried to clean the couch and to do his best. He got done, was paid and tipped too. I looked at the work done and could not check it since the furniture was wet. Since I was was working in the yard that morning I continued to work and later came back in. The furniture was not put back in place and a comforter that he had borrowed was left soaking wet on my wooden floor. Later that evening when the cushions had dried I realised that although the Water stains were gone.The couch cushions and the chaise were as dirty as they were.The 2 chairs were acceptable. The worst part of this experience was when I left him a message that evening he did not bother to even return my call and instead choose to block my number. After repeated calls that went straight to vm the next day. I called from my office and lo behold they picked up. They refused to consider that their work was subpar at best

Stay away!!! They ruined my hardwood floor!!! I wanted my floor to be cleaned in the high traffic area. They stripped the finish off in a number of places and damaged my baseboards with their machine. When I confronted the owner about it, he went silent and quickly packed up and drove away. He damaged my home and ran! Stay away! You have been warned!!! Hopefully they will do the right thing and contact me. It is not worth sacrificing integrity for money.

I called clean scene pro to clean my rental property. From the start ken was very professional. After scheduling, the day of my cleaning ken called me before arrival. When he arrived he and I went through the areas, as the price he gave me on the phone that was the price I paid after the carpets where cleaned. He took his time and did a really good job. This was the first time I used him, but not the last, I already have scheduled for a cleaning at my house and anot her rental property. I recommend him to everyone.
