Norma´s Cleaning Services provides janitorial service that offers regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in/move out cleaning.

"They came late about 40 mins late the tech mentioned they were here and couldn t find the house asked for a picture of the home and they still got here thirty minutes later, but that wasn t an issue to us they came in cleaned only the windows and left without saying bye. They did not clean any baseboards. I reached out to the person if been speaking to Via phone call of course nobody picked up so I text got an immediate response. The person stated she spoke to the team and they said they cleaned the baseboards. Which was so untrue. I sent pictures and videos of the baseboards. As well as them on camera entering onto the home at 10:04 and leaving at 10:26. The inside cameras show them doing only windows. The person texting never mentioned anything about making it right. Still charged us 90$ for a twenty minute rush job. They left without making it clear that they were leaving. On camera you hear them say thank you as they are already outside."

I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! "Not good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company for their services. We paid them to clean our carpets and for a move-in cleaning of our new townhome and upon further inspection following the cleaning the kitchen was filthy and floors were filthy (a thorough cleaning was not performed). Unfortunately we spent hours actually cleaning the kitchen and floors as we were moving in the following day. We had already paid them for their services and tipped them well. We reached out to them with our findings and they stated they wanted to make it right but then NEVER heard back from them after repeated attempts of reaching out to them. Completely unprofessional and we feel taken advantage of. We paid THEM for a service in the middle of an already stressful moving process and that service wasn’t provided. Again, I’ve reached out multiple times to them and have not heard from them since June 22nd. They obviously have no interest of rectifying the situation. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience with a company. Never. I have some attached pictures of our findings after their “cleaning”. Clumps of the previous owners dog hair in the drawers, cupboards, dirt, food, filth. Nothing was touched. Update- the company responded to my google review stating that they never heard from me but I have reached back out 5 times now since June 22nd (today is July 10th) and not a single reply. I was communicating to Jeff the owner too. They are being dishonest. I would not recommend this company as they did not do a sufficient job with cleaning and from a moral standpoint (they took our money and have no interest in fixing the problem {reimbursing us} AND no interest in communicating with us). Keep looking."
