"The job went very well. Todd responded quickly and scheduled the job. Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. "They found that what appeared to be a leaking water heater was actually a clogged drain line from an adjacent HVAC AprilAire humidifier. He also determined the pressure control valve had failed and the reading was 130 psi. He had the valve on his truck so I had it replaced even though the price was several hundred dollars above two other quotes."
