State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

He gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable. Him and his crew came out a couple of days later, as scheduled and worked through the weekend to get the job completed. Excellent workmanship, completed as scheduled . Upon completion of the job, he demonstrated the operation of all the zones as well as the timer functions.
