"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "I called at the end of the work day on a Monday. Two of his emergency people were sick and he said he couldn't get to me till after 10 PM. With that being the case, he first asked who else I had called so he could think of who else might be able to help me. After discussing the particulars of the leak (being outdoors and not leaking onto wood, he said he could come the next day. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared. They were very nice and quite reasonable. I would absolutely hire again and they will be my first call for my next emergency plumbing situation."
