"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! Mr. Franklin's knowledge of what to look for toppled with the time he took just to educate me is just priceless! I wish all businesses was like Franklin Septic!"

He worked closely with us - willing to pivot if necessary and always nearby to answer questions and recommend creative solutions. Attention to detail? Check! And their daily clean-up regimen and final detailing was impressive. It was like we suddenly had a new kitchen and any/all signs of the renovation were gone. They swept, vacuumed, and mopped their way out. Very impressive and much appreciated. On budget and on time. We've already asked them to consider transforming our porch!"

"I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. "On 3-4 November 2025 Chris, Corey and Xzavier encapsulated my crawlspace and set up the dehumidifier for the electrician. Keep in mind, the crawlspace varied from about four feet to two feet. At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done. I commend Chris, Corey and Xzavier for their excellent work and the courtesy shown to my wife, myself and even our dog, Zoe. Thank you, Chris, Corey and Xzavier for a job well done. "

"Taylor came out and crawled underneath the house in the crawlspace. I told Taylor that I needed to get support from one-side to the other. The floor was sagging on the side where the kitchen and living room is and the other side had a rise to it. Taylor had an outline the house and had drawn (2) 4 by 4 post with (10 times 2) medal post holding each of them up. I told him that I needed 2 more post on the other side of the house and he said that I would have to pay twice as much for two more post. I would also have to pay around $6,000.00 to have dirt removed from the crawlspace. I have not received any pictures of the work that was done either. I'm an disabled woman on an fixed income that has been taken advantage of. I now have a big hump in the middle my floor. Taylor said he doesn't even come out to do an job no less than $5,000.00. Taylor said I'm now going to come up with $11,000.00 more to get the floor fixed, Please be aware of doing business with Taylor and this company. "
