They were able to squeeze us in a week later and let me tell you, omg worth every penny! It looks absolutely perfect and just what I imagined. They were also super quick installing it. "Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. "Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The technician was on time, very polite, and very concerned with cleaning up any mess that he had to make. He was quick and pleasant. He replaced my old plastic drain with a better quality metal one and it works great!

The only problem I had with this company was that they took too long to answer my call and set up an appointment. They said they were on a huge busy job at the time. All in all, I would use them again.
