On the calendar it took longer, but basically the siding work was done in two days and the painting work was done in one. I liked the Nichiha product because it was made in Georgia out of recycled fly-ash waste. It also had a better grain pattern than the other product I'd seen. The salesman I worked with was quick to provide answers to any questions I had, and I think I had a lot. I liked the the contract was sent to me in a Word document that I could edit and send back rather that a form of unreadable small print I had expected. I actually specified the color I wanted in the contract. Now that it all done, I've very pleased with the appearance and wish I'd done it sooner. I'm sure it added more value to my house than it actually cost me."
