"Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the experience, and we’d like to offer some clarification regarding the project to help provide a fuller picture. First, regarding the microwave: we understand it was accidentally damaged during the project, and we provided full reimbursement for its replacement. That amount was given directly to the realtor to resolve the matter. In terms of the scope of work, the contract and invoice clearly indicated that the painting services were limited to the walls of the Sunroom only and did not include trim. The project involved a color change from yellow to gray, and the work was completed as agreed. During the final walkthrough, the realtor’s husband personally inspected the space and expressed his approval of the finished work. Concerns were also raised about the placement of electrical outlets. We’d like to clarify that no outlets were placed back incorrectly. The realtor’s husband inspected the light fixture covers, and we addressed any minor issues brought to our attention. Some covers were already broken prior to our work, and we recommended replacing them—especially given the new wall color. As for the window treatments, we refinished the wooden shutter blinds using spray paint, not regular blinds as mentioned in the review. The realtor’s husband confirmed that each shutter was functional and that none were stuck; he personally verified that all opened and closed properly. We would also like to respond to the concern about the kitchen sink. At no point was water left running during or after our work. Our team only used water when necessary, such as for cleaning or washing hands. On the day of the final walkthrough with the realtor’s husband, there was no running water observed. Additionally, the insurance appraiser’s report noted that any plumbing-related issues were determined to be the responsibility of the homeowner. Prior to starting the project, our crew also identified existing concerns with one of the toilets, which were documented in photographs and shared with the realtor at the time. We take pride in operating with professionalism, responsibility, and transparency. While we believe the concerns have been addressed, we remain available if there are any additional questions or clarifications needed."
