He came out, assessed the situation and we agreed on what needed to be done and a price. He was to remove and clean nearly 700 lbs of lava rocks and 300 lbs of fire glass and pressure wash fire pit. He subcontracted for a licensed plumber to clean and inspect natural gas line. **** was timely in scheduling and completing the project. I've used him before and found him to be honest, timely, and dependable. His work is detailed and professional. I've often recommended him to others and never had anyone express disapointment in his work. A major pluse for ARS is that **** will return phone calls and show up for estimates and to perform the work."

"While replacing the flooring upstairs I ran into an issue with the transition to the staircase. James was able to cut off the step overhang, cut and install the stair riser to fit along with trim. He then installed the stair transition along with a handful of hardwood boards to ensure it connected well to the rest of the flooring. James was quick to answer or respond throughout the scheduling process and arrived right on time for our appointment. He went about the job efficiently and finished in about 5 hours which included a trip to Home Depot to get some supplies that I did not have on hand. Overall I felt that James was very professional, showed a respect for his customer's time, and completed the job as quickly as possible while still doing a thorough job."

"The contractor contradicts what he agree too perform for his customers. He act as if he does remember what he quotes for the job. And he lies about returning follow up call so he can charge the project more money when he does speak with the customer and the job wasn?t complete the section repaired needed to be repainted but he does this on purpose by not telling the customer what they will need to purchase so he doesn?t have to perform the job because he may have quoted a price that he feels is too low for him to complete the job. He needs better negotiating skills when it come to dealing with the customers,I will not use this company again or refer."
