We approved his bid and felt comfortable with Roberto. He and his team exceeded our expectations. We had our front porch and our courtyard tiled. "Moran was very responsive and got in touch with me over both Angie's List messages (which I didn't see) and called me. He came to the house and was thorough in going over the process of what needed to happen. The project was planned in less than a week, and he was flexible when I had to move the date of service back three days because of unexpected work conflicts. Moran and his team did good work and kept me informed when unexpected service was necessary and how much it would cost -- the pedestal was a little too short and they had to move the sink down about an inch. Otherwise, everything looks good, works well and they kept their workplace clean. I was present for about 80% of the project but had to leave for work before they finished. When I got home, I found a fairly significant crack in one of the globes that unfortunately went unnoticed during the installation process. Moran replaced the globe for me withing 24 hours, despite starting on another project. Overall, we are happy with the work and would definitely use them again."

"We have worked with Ricky and Lori with Emperial Hardwood Floors for the past 10 years. They have performed various tasks from repairing/installing new hardwood floors to refinishing floors. They have always performed their work in a professional manner, on-time and on-budget. Ricky normally oversees the office side of things (proposals, scheduling, coordination) and George manages the field side. Everyone is extremely easy to work with, know their profession and always try to please the client. We had a white-washed stain/finish applied to all our hardwood floors throughout the entire house (~2,400 sq.ft.). Ricky and George went the extra length to ensure this difficult job was technically doable and completed in a quality manner. We also had both front and rear staircases replaced with new tread/risers, newel posts and railings, and balusters replaced with decorative wrought iron. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of all projects. We will use them on all future work, and highly recommend them."

"Dennis is one of the best remodelers in Atlanta! I have used him on several projects going back at least 13-14 years. For my most recent project, he completely remodeled my 1980's-era kitchen (before & after photos are below). He added additional custom-made cabinets, installed new granite counters and tile backsplash, new sink and fixtures, replaced all the lighting and added new accent lighting, and installed a new stove and microwave. In my powder room he replaced the old Corian vanity with granite and a new sink and fixture. In addition, his excellent carpenter even repaired a broken bookcase in my living room! At a previous home, Dennis built a beautiful screened porch with cathedral ceiling at the back of my house. It was literally my favorite place to sit, and I enjoyed it immensely. He also repaired my mother's home when she "accidentally" drove her car through the dining room wall!!! Dennis can do anything! He is extremely thorough and looks at every detail, fully explains his plans, costs, and timing. He uses very qualified subs who have worked with him for many years, all of whom are very trustworthy. "JOB WAS INSTALL COUNTERTOPS: After a freeze leak months ago, I have had my share of having to deal with contractors of every kind. Some of the jobs required others to come in and fix the handy work of others (repair sheetrock, repair the trim on the edges of a newly installed floor, my having to repaint areas that were painted by a professional and the like.
