I had damage to my hardwood floor and he repaired it. I was pleased with the work and his professionalism . I also appreciate how he explained the costs for the repair and the expectations.

Rey did a terrific job and our kitchen floor looks amazing. He was professional, shown pride in his work, and explained the steps as he progressed through the phases of floor repair and resurfacing. I would hire him again.

In the beginning, it seemed great. Took extremely longer than it should have and not happy with the overall result. Other contractors doing work for me says that it was a poor job. I was told it was not done correctly and it should be redone. There was dust everywhere and he had no other helper. I am new to the area and trusted him. Warning to others that are looking to have their floors done. I would never hire him again and now I am redoing his work by another company.

The work was great,but He said it was a 2 day job and it took 4 days .He gave me a price at the beginning and at the completion of the job he asked for an additional $200 of which I did not give him.I would not use him again nor recommend him for that reason.

Did good work

Professional, very hard working, punctual and reasonable. I would have given him 5 stars, it was just a few things that needed to be tidy up the following week but he hasn't came back by. But overall I would recommend him.

Rey was a color magician, he matched the color of my floor perfectly with his reweaving. He was efficient and professional. He came back when he said he would to finish the work. I would highly recommend this person to anyone with wood repair needs. He really does it all. Out of all of the people I have hired I was most impressed with him.

Reliable and fair

Rey contacted me within 15 min and my Living Room and Dining Room were refinished and look new in a few days at a price half of what another company quoted that told me it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get to me.

Rey is very busy, because he is good and has good prices. He is hard to schedule but communicates his time frame and gets the job done at a GREAT price. I will use his company again.

Rey communicates very well, he shows up and was personally involved in the repair. I will be using him again as I am a contractor.

Rey replaced half my downstairs floor and refinished the other half. He helped me move all my furniture and made great suggestions on the color choice. It was a difficult project logistically, since I couldn't really use my bottom floor for a couple weeks, but I really like the way it turned out.

Rey was a delight to work with. He matched new hardwood with existing hardwood. He removed several layers of flooring from kitchen and laid new hardwood to blend seamlessly with living room, wow, I did not believe it could be done! His prices are reasonable, he is very reliable, he takes great care to be sure you are satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Rey for new hardwood floors, and for refinishing old floors, will definitely use again and recommend to others.
