"We had 2 bathrooms that needed some TLC. Tile repair, grout cleaning and caulking in the bath areas. For the same approx price ranges I got from the various providers, Chris's quote included steam-cleaning of the tiles in one of the bathrooms. I was a bit skeptical whether the steam cleaning would make a difference but went ahead with his quote anyway. After a couple of delays in the scheduled start of the job (which Chris notified me in advance), Chris got the job done. The steam cleaning was a 50% success and Chris was the first to acknowledge it. The problem was there were 2 different-colored grouts on the tiles. They just looked dirty. I gave him one less star for the lack of any clean-up after completing the job; otherwise, Chris was professional and did a fine job given the circumstances."
