"From the time Marcus educated me about the windows he recommended for our home, until the completion of installation, everything was handled with the upmost professionalism. Marcus even took the extra precaution to mitigate for the possibility of lead paint because his contract said he would do so. His team worked efficiently and were even nice to my dogs. "We got our quote in 2018 but didn't commit to the project until 2019. Josh had all our information and went above and beyond to get things started. The windows were installed ahead of schedule and we are extremely please with the results. There were 31 windows in all and only two minor problems (one broken keeper and a glass unit that has to be replaced). The crew was very good and respectful throughout installation and they cleaned the area around the house after completion. It was as pleasant an experience any home improvement could be."

"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
