Luiz Silva, owner of LR Tile, is the person to hire! He is very professional, efficient, always on time and handled all sorts of details associated with our Phase one of three tile installation projects. We met on a Saturday, agreed on the project, work started on Monday morning and was complete with Phase one on Tuesday afternoon. This also included time for demo of tile, vinyl and baseboards plus clean-up of a very quality installation. Do not hesitate - you will be very glad you selected Luiz for your tile projects too!

So so pleased with LR Tile. I had a very specific look I was going for with my glass tile backsplash. Full wall, horizontal stacked bond. And they nailed it. Went above and beyond to make sure the work was impeccable quality, and performed in a timely manner. I am overjoyed with the outcome. I'd give 10 stars if I could. We hired Luis to do a master bathroom. He tiled our floor, shower walls, shower pan, shower shelf, and shower curbs. He was very professional. Very considerate to my wife and I. He treated our house with respect. He spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and helped us through some of our design hang ups. Our sub floor was not level by any means but he is a pro and made it look great. No lippage on tiles. He spent a lot of time laying everything out and measuring so there would be no small slivers of tile anywhere. This was not an easy task as the tile flooring actually ran into 3 different rooms (master bath, master closet, small toilet room). I would love to use him again in our kitchen if he has time for it. He is a labor only company for the most part; however, he can buy mortar, waterproofing, grout, etc for you at a discount if needed. Luis came out to my house for a free estimate and after talking with him I felt so comfortable I didn’t even get another quote. I think he was very competitive with his pricing if I had to guess. If you’ve ever installed tile yourself you’d know it takes skill and even some luck for everything to end up looking good. It’s not easy but Luis makes it look easy. My wife is an architect and was pleased with his install and attention to the small details that make or break a tile project. I would happily spend time talking to any potential customer Luis may have in the future if they were hesitant to use Luis. Just ask him for my phone number. Thanks again Luis!
