"hi , thanks for the review in order to respond your comment: 1) we first give quote to customer and never push to do any job , in other case you are free to hire anybody . 2) we always work with the customer schedule in this case (tenant ) , we make many attempts to finish the project with no answer , as you understand we have to move forward . 3) we never charge nothing on top , as a soon we finish or move ours projects we ask for money , never in advance . 4) we always respect every customer no big no small project . 5) we charged $0 for move stuff in deck area , Wich we never discuss .
