FANTASTIC Plumber. knowledgeable and professional price was very reasonable highly recommend.
"Great, fast, and efficient!!!!!! So glad I chose this company to do my plumbing job. I felt very satisfied with the work and the owner Mr Donald was great and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. If you are looking for a great plumber you can t go wrong with Mr. Donald."
"Greenlee Plumbing is my go to plumber. I used them for many projects large to small including pipes, water heater, drywall, etc. They do a GREAT job!!! I highly recommend them and give them FIVE STARS."
"Cody and Michael were prompt and did excellent work. This was a large job due to the length and height of the yard, but was completed in a few hours. Their warranty is very good and something that few plumbers we contacted could offer. Will continue to hire Atlantis Plumbing and would recommend them to others."
"Eli was awesome! He was reasonably priced, on time, and replaced my hot water heater in good time. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber."
"Customer service was top-notch. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly efficient, professional, and thorough. Chen Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!"
"Carl, the plumber, was prompt and extremely cordial. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how to avoid repeat problems. He also took the time to check out what we thought might have been another plumbing problem, and made suggestions of things to do to avoid the plumbing problems which can occur as a building ages. He cleared the kitchen drain, ran enough water several times to makes sure that it was draining properly, and left the area clean and dry. As an aside, in chatting with him he explained some of the factors that go into the costs of plumbing and why the service charges can result in high "sticker shock". While that does not necessarily reduce the impact of plumbing cost, I very much appreciated that he took a few minutes to provide me with a perspective I had not considered. As I have other plumbing work that will need to be done in the near future I will certainly give these guys first crack at the job. And with the discount provided by the Angie's list promotion I got away with a fraction of what I had feared the call would cost. In all, I am exceedingly happy with American Service Specialists.
"Highly recommend! These guys not only delivered great service at an affordable price, but they did so on a holiday. I would hire this company again without hesitation."
"RPX repaired my bath tub faucet that has been leaking even when it was tuned off. Plumber came out and evaluated the issue and got it replaced. Service was fast and affordable."
Affordable Plumbers questions, answered by experts
Plumbing in GA homes directly interacts with other critical systems. Check your HVAC condensate lines, as they share the exact same drainage pathways. Upgrading pipes near older electrical panels or adding new kitchen fixtures triggers mandatory electrical compliance reviews. Furthermore, working near water heaters demands strict attention to nearby natural gas lines to ensure total safety during the project.

Several factors influence the timeline for plumbing in Chamblee. Projects requiring permits mandate scheduled city inspections, which automatically add days between the rough-in and finish phases. Additionally, discovering aged cast iron or galvanized pipes in mid-century homes expands the project scope and requires multiple visits. Always account for inspection wait times and potential material upgrades when planning your schedule.
Helpful?
Start your GA plumbing upgrades by confirming local permit requirements and scheduling necessary city inspections. Request a pipe material assessment for older homes to identify outdated cast iron or clay lines before work begins. Locate your main water shutoff valve ahead of time. Finally, coordinate with local utility providers if your project involves digging near natural gas lines to guarantee safety.
Helpful?
Routine plumbing maintenance in Chamblee revolves around seasonal shifts and regional water quality. Insulate exposed pipes in unheated crawl spaces to prevent winter freeze damage. Schedule a camera inspection for your main sewer line every spring to catch active tree root intrusions early. You must also flush your water heater annually to remove mineral sediment buildup from the local water supply.
Helpful?
As homes age in Chamblee, plumbing requires progressively more intensive updates. Mid-century properties face deteriorating cast iron drain lines and corroding galvanized steel supply pipes that restrict water pressure. Historic homes contain outdated materials that demand full replacement to meet modern building codes. The hot, humid climate also accelerates corrosion on exposed metal fittings, making proactive pipe replacements essential.
