Damaged major pipe and flooded out bathroom and caused ceiling damage to garage and storage room where the hot water heater is located.

Mr. Kauffman was very professional and knowledgeable about replacing my tankless water heater. He went beyounf the call of duty by contacting and working with the warrenty company to honor the warrenty on my old product. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the work completed by Mr. Kauffman.
