UNLICENSED and DAMAGED PROPERTY. These people are unlicensed to perform foundation work! We hired them to level/raise a sinking area in the floor. They installed the support beams in the wrong area and raised the wrong part of the floor. They also damaged our hvac ducts and plumbing in the process, causing thousands of dollars of damage. They refused to take accountability so we sued them and prevailed. In response to us filing suit, they put a false mechanics lien on our house even though we didnt owe them any money. They then attempted to blackmail us and say they will only remove the lien if we rescinded our lawsuit. Naturally, we refused and were able to get the lien removed. And lastly, they treated our home like a construction site - leaving garbage and food wrappers on the floor of our garage. And some of our tools went missing.

Fantastic communication! Coordinated with plumber to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Will use again.

Great working with our fast timeframe

They had a very tricky excavation and managed it with care and concern for my house, and particularly the basement wall they were exposing. The crew was polite and conscientious, and when a problem that neither they nor I anticipated arose, they let me know right away and how to resolve it. The final price was both fair (given the problem) and in line with the original estimate. I would recommend them highly!

Was a bit skeptical at first because their quote was so much lower than a few others I had gotten for the same job. Gave them a chance, and I am not disappointed. Showed up on time. Very respectful of the house. Job done A+

We have had issues with flooding in our basement for over 15 years rendering the space basically unusable. Recently, my husband and I both needed office space to work from home, so the basement had to be corrected and used. We had a few companies come out and give us solutions and quotes. Please understand, Morris was NOT the least expensive option, but the approach they advised was what we were looking for. There was a bit of a delay on the start of the job, but that happens sometimes in these types of jobs. Weather can often have a domino affect, so I wasn't upset when we had a small delay. The team actually did some clearing of the mess left from years of us not knowing how to solve the problem, took care of some mold remediation, sealed a dirt crawlspace, put in a full French drain with sump pump in the crawlspace, and installed sub-floor drainage in the finished part of the basement. Needless to say, the job was extensive. The team was courteous and answered a million questions that I had. We have had the system (and our offices) in the basement for over a year now, and there have been no issues with water or dampness at all. We might have invested a pretty penny up front, but it has been well worth it. When looking to solve a big problem, expect a big cost. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and this given us peace of mind that we will no longer open the basement door, look down the stairs, and see standing water. The service was quick to assess the problem, present a low cost solution for my water flooding issue and quick to schedule. Eric was very clear in presenting the solution and Justin who manager the exterior drain project was pleasant to commicate with and was patient with my many questions - lol!

They did the job. Jury is still out on if the problem is resolved, but so far so good. We have had a lot of rain since they did their work and so fa so good. I did not give 5 stars for a few reasons. 1) there apparently was a misunderstanding between us so i thought I had ordered the lower cost work, it ended up that I had ordered the full job. That happened due to their application not being too clear. 2) I had to have them out twice to fix stuff they did not do when they were here. 3) i probably will have to put down sod as the equipment they used to dig the trenches probably killed my grass.

There was a delay in the date they came out but once they came they did excellent work. They were friendly and courteous while doing hard work. If I ever need similar work I would hire them again.

The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and through. The estimate was higher than I expected but that was because of the amount of work that was required. I am not sure what my next step will be.

Morris encapsulated our crawlspace. They finished ina timely manner. Our crawlspace is now clean and free of any mold.

Mr Morris and his service were much appreciated. We had a basement leak that we could not find and were concerned that it would become worse with hurricane Irma closing in. Mr Morris was able to make a service call on Sunday night before the storm and was able to find the leak hidden behind a built-in cabinet in a closet. All work was performed efficiently and they did a great job cleaning up and removing all the debris from removing soaked carpet and padding, demoing a portion of the cabinet and opening up the wall in the closet to find the leak. I would definitely recommend his services.
