"They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

After a few hours of diagnosis, he determined the underlying issue was our Denon receiver. He worked with Denon on the phone and found out we needed to replace the 3 year old unit. Fortunately, it was under warranty. He came back out to complete our theater room setup once we got the replacement receiver.
