This family owned business did a fantastic job for us. They pumped the septic tank and inspected the system for a very fair price. I called Price's Septic late one afternoon and they pumped and inspected the system the next morning. This was specifically done because we are selling the house and a condition of closing is getting the septic tank pumped. All was good. I could not recommend Price's Septic Tank Service higher.

We have been in our house for 10 years and never had our septic tank cleaned. As we are having some hardscape work done soon, we decided this might be the time to just get it done. The whole experience went well. Price's was recommended to us by some good friends. I called to make an appointment and got the first one two days later. First today was a phone call advising they were on their way. Showed up on time and went right to work. I wasn't sure of the tank location, but they got it located pretty quickly. The guys were nice, polite, and answered all my crazy questions. Our neighbor even came over to see if they could have theirs done next. So the guys are now working next door. If we ever have a septic problem this will be the company we call. We highly recommend them!

They came out as expected. We had no idea where our septic was. They knew exactly what they were doing. My Mother in Law was the person at the house with them. They finally found it (too deep and cockeyed) and got to work with emptying it. They answered all of our questions and even gave us more advise on the state of our septic tank. My Mother in Law really liked them and they were very polite and very knowledgeable. We loved their service and will be calling them again.

Very happy with Price's service. Contacted their office with a couple of questions and Misty was very quick to respond and answer my questions. They arrived at my home on time. Very thorough and fast. Answered several questions I had concerning the septic tank process & maintenance since this is my first home with a septic system. I wrote a glowing review for Price's the first time I used their service about 3 years ago. Since then, I have used their service two more times for my rentals and once for my home. Today I scheduled service for another rental. I have been very pleased with their service in the past, and my contact today again made me realize just how exceptional their service is. Tank had never been pumped in 17 years. Extremely pleasant crew (one of whom was the company owner) fixed all the problems perfectly for a very reasonable price. Setting up the appointment was just as easy. Great customer service both in setting up the call and in delivering the service. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied.

This is the 2nd time we have used Price's Septic Tank Service and we have been MORE than pleased with them. Shayne and Cody fit us into their schedule faster than anyone I know. They are very knowledgeable, hard working, and determined to get your problem fixed...whatever it takes. Great, honest, family owned company! I wouldn't use anyone else for this job!

It went great. From when I called to them coming out the same day they all were pleasant, knowledgable and easy to work. I would recommend them to anyone and in fact going to place them on my calendar for 2018 as a remind to call them to pump my septic tank again?. Big thanks

Due to the system never being serviced they were able to not only pump our system but actually explain the system and direct us into the direction of the individual that actually installed the entire system 12 years ago.

The workers were prompt and professional. One worker gave me helpful information about septic tanks. The cost was slightly less than another provider recommended to me by a plumber, primarily because Price's did not charge extra for using 100+ feet of hose.

I scheduled the service about two weeks in advance and received an estimate over the phone of $400 barring repairs.
The morning of the visit, I received a call about an hour in advance of the appointment. Cody and Brandon arrived as scheduled.
They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They inspected, pumped, scraped, and did an excellent job cleaning out our tank. They also inspected and cleaned the filters.
Cody noted that one of the drain pipes was not level, suggesting that there was some settling, but also noted that the system seemed to be working fine and so did not recommend any (Likely unnecessary) repairs as it would involve digging up the field. He recommended not using wipes as they were collecting in the tank and could cause damage in the long run as also noted potential issues with a running toilet.
When all was said and done, Cody provided a detailed bill noting some recommendations. Other than moved earth, there was no evidence they were there.
The total cost was $385, paying with a check. I plan to contact Price again when I am due for a septic pump out.

They have a wonderful slogan on the side of their truck. It says, "We'll take your crap." They were on time and they were very efficient about getting the job done. They dug a little tiny hole and got it all right. They didn't have to dig up everything. I'm planning on calling them next year.

I contacted Price after getting a quote from another provider that quoted me $2,400 to replace the line. Price came out and inspected and determined that I didn't need a new line. They cleaned the line and instructed me that the clog was mainly due to grease that had been poured down the drain by the tenants.
