After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. And saved me from having to scramble and find a plumber to come in and fix things up. Larry did a great job reinforcing the floor. After pouring some footers he added a beam to the over extended floor joists to add stability in preparation of replacing the carpet with wood grained tiles.
