After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. After pouring some footers he added a beam to the over extended floor joists to add stability in preparation of replacing the carpet with wood grained tiles.
