He is everything one can ask for in a construction professional. Timely, respectful of property, clear in communication and most of all impeccable workmanship. If John said he'd be here at 9am my doorbell rang promptly. When he left at the end of each day the space he was working in was left in a state that the room was still usable by the family. He provided receipts for all of the supplies purchased so we had confidence in his fair pricing. I will be searching for more opportunities to hire him in the future, hands down!"

After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

"This company was very efficient in solving my issues with my 2-zone AC system not cooling properly. They also removed and replaced my 13 y/o Hot water heater with a super efficient new one that I can control via an app on my smartphone (econet). Their pricing compared to two other competitive quotes was MUCH better than other local companies I've used in the past and their explanation of what was needed to be done was crystal clear. I will continue to use Cochran Cooling and Heating for many years to come."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
