I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I called him today to thank him for the amazing work they did. The price is VERY affordable and both Sam and Dia have top notch customer service!!! "Victor called me within 5 minutes of me posting the request via Angie. He came over within an hour and gave me a very fair estimate. The next morning he arrived on time with his team and they did an amazing job of cutting each individual tile so they fit perfectly into the metal frame around the table. They did a perfect job and the table looks brand new (it is 25 years old!). They cleaned up everything and I could not be happier. I would recommend them any day!
