"I highly recommend Atlanta Technical Resources. This is the 3rd time we have used their services, for 3 laptops and a desktop. Each time they have excelled and done exactly as promised and have gone above and beyond what was expected! Thomas Buzzek, the expert who worked on our desktop computer this time, was amazingly thorough. He took the time to comb through all possibilities to return the PC to its original speed. "It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop!
