These people had my computer for 18 days, and 13 of those days they forgot about it, and it was just sitting on a shelf. Then when they did a data transfer to a new SSD, they lost a significant amount of data, some of which I needed for work that nearly got me fired because I was waiting those 18 days to get my property back. I honestly thought they were trying to keep my computer for resale. Watch out for that. Make sure you get a receipt and read the front and back particularly the ABANDONMENT SECTION. It was just one excuse after another. A Lot of gaslighting as if I knew nothing about computers. A little honesty could have saved me a lot of trouble (especially when it comes to losing your job). “(We made a mistake, our bad)"is too easy. They did not even offer me a computer to use while they were secretly trying to unf**k my computer. They did give me a small discount for labor cost, but (18 DAYS). I mean this is your job, have some pride and work ethic! I was as impressed with this business's performance as I was with "Raygun’s" performance at the 2024 Summer Olympic Breakdance Competition. That being said, holistically.... now that America has turned the page from what was, and in terms of rightfully having the right to have dreams and aspirations, for better than what has been customer service in the before time. I warn you not to patronize this business until they have changed what is now, what has been. I warn you not to burden yourself now, before reading the past negative reviews. They are similar in ways in the past, to mine in the present now. Make America Great Again!

The last service I got from them was free. I asked them a technology question. They will take as much time with you as you need. They are very personable. Overall, in terms of customer service, I've been very pleased. I'll continue to use them in the future.

"This is a typical experience for many customers and why so many people come back again and again. In this case we did a quick service and did not charge for it. I encourage my staff to occasionally waive what would normally be a fee for service event. If it is quick and resolves the issue, we like to promote good will when we can. It's been that way for 21 years."
