"I talked to Jeff explicitly about using screws over nails. He used nails. When I called to complain after the deck boards were 2/3rds done (I wasn't home, my wife was) he stated my contract just called for fasteners. Geez! Bubble gum could be called a fastener, too. Contract also stated he's using grade 1 lumber. He did not use grade 1 lumber. Boards and railings started warping within 2 weeks. Called jeff and he said he can't guarantee what the lumber will do. He agreed to come out and fix if I paid for lumber and he would cover labor. Never heard from Jeff again. Careful! He may have renamed the business due to all the negative reviews. If you see a phone number with a 404 prefix and the last numbers are 7974, STAY AWAY!"
