Michael was so professional and prompt. I must say after he repaired my window the first time I was so overwhelmed about what had happened to me. Michael gave me options and didn't try to overprice the work that needed to be done. He is a real family man with family values. He is serious about his work and cares about any job he is going to complete. My second window was a pretty large window and he handled everything with ease and quick.
