When getting quotes from various companies, Jason was also the only person to explain to me the importance of how much sunlight was needed to allow the Bermuda grass to flourish. We wound up having to remove 10 trees for this to happen, so I really appreciated his expertise when he initially came to inspect the area in question. Overall, we are more than happy with the quality of work and how transparent Jason was throughout the process. Going forward, I will definitely be using The GreenKeepers should another occasion arrive!"

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

I called and asked them to come fix that head. The new tech came out and turned a screw and it worked in about 20 seconds. "It was off" then the tech checked all the other zones, found a leak in a zone that I had turned off and don't use. The tech screwed a cap on the end of a hose and billed me $155. When I asked why they told me that it was a "New repair" Lesson learned. DO NOT let a tech touch anything but what they come out to repair. This is how they make you pay for your warranty work. Got to hand it to them, pretty slick!"
